My experience with OSF Healthcare has focused on clinical IT projects, specifically with projects which impact the physician and mid-level provider staff. The most significant project has been the implementation of the Epic System EMR throughout six of our seven hospitals. My role focused on management of the physician adoption aspects of the project which I maintained throughout the entire project. Early in the project we developed a strategic method for optimizing individual physicians with their personal custom settings before their first time with the new system in the actual clinical setting. Most recently my projects have included the successful attestation of five our six hospitals and the majority of our eligible providers meeting Stage One Meaningful Use. I am currently working on completing my PMP Certification in the Spring 2012.

Co-Owner of Noize Communications LLC which specializes in delivering high speed wireless internet service to rural customers in Central Illinois. Our company is proud of our primary back haul link which moves data at over 1.4 Gbps! My focus is the business aspect of operations. The other two co-owners focus on network operations and sale/support. We are very proud of our success and the quality service we deliver.

Performed integrated analysis and support with a focus on the physician and mid-level provider needs in the IT arena. Served as a liaison between the business and IT helping each group understand and communicate the needs of other for successful project deployment and resolution of issues. Defined and created training strategy focused on the physician and mid-level providers for new and upgraded IT solutions.

Served as a full time dedicated critical care transport nurse for ground and rotor wing transport of critically ill and injured adult and pediatric patients throughout the central Illinois region. Developed training curriculum and ensured ongoing continuing education for the team. Primary lead for the install, integration, setup and training of the Golden Hour air transport software.
