I have 25 years of development experience. Currently, I'm a VP of Engineering at Nerd, an innovative startup at the intersection of blockchain and AI. I oversee a brilliant team of developers and managers, shaping the technological foundation of our groundbreaking solutions.Previously I founded Clever Coding in 2008, a development for hire agency. I have helped project architect, manage, code and launch 100s of apps in the last 15 years. Over those 15 years, I have hired and managed 50+ developers and served as the primary project manager on most projects.My biggest skill is getting projects built and launched. To enable an easier and more streamlined workflow, we created a custom project management, timekeeping and invoicing solution to run the company. To enable rapid development of new projects, we developed the "Starter App" which is a base platform with a web app (Vue/Nuxt/Node/Express) and an iOS App (Swift+Hybrid) and Android App (Kotlin+Hybrid). This product allowed us to jump-start new projects while significantly reducing total development cost and time for our clients.Specialties: Clever Coding has helped develop over 200 apps for the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Web and Android. Our app "Paper Pilot" was listed in the top 200 iPhone apps of all time when Apple ran it's promotion for the 10 Billionth download.
