On 2017, I joined The Locum Agency as a senior pharmacy technician stores/procurement with an accountability to ensure seamless operations by overseeing all procedures of pharmacy stores. At the same time reduced / removed stock holding of drugs not commonly used.☛ Utilised EOQ methodology to build and maintain stock levels to remove holding of non-usable drugs.☛ Created supplier performance metrics, highlighted impeding issues, and reduced number of suppliers by 20%
