I am a hands on programme and project manager of business change and mission critical software solutions for blue-chip organisations. Highlights include:- Commercial project management of a collaboration between a start-up SaaS marketing tools vendor and a FTSE100 energy company, to improve lead generation conversion rates, and;- Technical project management of an ecommerce customer experience re-design for a trade finance client.Since March 2010 I have been non-executive Chairman of Clicktools, a US focussed SaaS CRM tools vendor. I initially facilitated their 3 year business plan and then advised on a successful investment round to bring in SurveyMonkey.com as a minority investor. I have also enjoyed the opportunity to take on several hands on consultancy assignments for Clicktools, including successfully programme managing an ISO 27001 information security accreditation project across their US and UK operations.
