Supervisory Physician Assistant at the largest EMT training site in the United States as well as the US Army’s second largest initial entry training program. Supervise a team of 130 personnel responsible for the initial development and training of over 6,000 Emergency Medical Technicians annually. Primary instructor and team supervisor at the US Army’s home of Combat Medic training. Supervise a team of 33 active duty instructors responsible for the delivery of combat trauma management and clinical medicine. Work at a Patient Centered Medical Home seeing acute care/24-hour appointments and family medicine follow-up. Volunteer adjunct faculty at the Interservice Physician Assistant Program, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Provide lecture or hands on grading when available or as needed due to instructor shortages. Perform all medical skills and procedures listed in previous assignment at Farrelly Health Clinic. Serve as the team Subject Matter Expert on battlefield medicine

Provide comprehensive primary care for a panel of up to 1250 patients; work within agreed scope of practice from supervising physician. Work as a medical team member with doctors, nurses, behavior health providers, MSAs and medics to deliver high quality primary care. Perform acute care clinic every morning for 2 hours for treatment of all non-emergent acute illnesses and injuries. Oversee the ordering and administration of vaccinations. Perform monthly peer reviews. Provided independent trauma stabilization and resuscitation during military training and deployment.

Provided emergency trauma resuscitation and critical care transport via helicopter for wounded Soldiers within the United States and throughout the world. Provided daily clinical medicine to deployed Soldiers while working in an austere combat environment. Responsible for the distribution, collection and administration of controlled substances in austere environments.
