As a Fresh Production Planning Manager and Corporate Chef at Southeastern Grocers, I leverage my 18 years of culinary experience and passion for food to create and execute exceptional products and programs for the company's four banners: BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket, and Winn-Dixie. I assist with the development of culinary operations for the deli and bakery departments, managing the planograms, flows, inventory, and quality control of the products.
