About Steven Naudé

I have worked with and in businesses of all sizes in a range of industries. Each business has unique challenges based on the people involved and the market dynamics. Most often, the owner is skilful and respected, but they have blind spots or feel that they are not capable of solving the problems. I believe that the most important part of any business is its people - and that includes the owner. With enough time, money and guidance, the owner can be motivated to achieve their life goals. I'm a well-qualified and experienced general manager with a solid track record of business analysis, strategy and transformation. I'm also a consultant and business coach; a critical thinker and an empathetic listener who can motivate you to create the business you have always wanted. I perform like a business partner but do not own any shares in the business. I am committed and incentivised to make your profits grow.
