- Establish good relationships with new and existing clients within the assigned territory by providing professional recruitment services.- Obtain the job requirements from the clients, post the advertisements online; and manage the advertisement responses.- Screen the job applications and contact the shortlisted candidates to schedule a phone interview or face to face interview.- Prepare an interview summary and format the candidates’ CV for client’s review.- Coordinate the interview arrangement for the clients and candidates.- Prepare the candidate for the interview and follow up with the client and the candidate after the interview to obtain the feedback.- Assist the clients to negotiate the salary package with the candidates and close the offer.- Provide the clients and the candidates with post placement services.
