Throughout my career, whether working at an agency, in government, in house, or on a campaign staff, my focus has been balancing my love of storytelling and my idealistic bleeding heart impulses to make the world a better place.In addition to fundraising, I have also led digital awareness, organizing, executive positioning, and marketing campaigns. At Edelman, I filled a crucial gap between the firm's digital and public affairs teams, redefining how we engaged in social purpose work in the digital space. In New York City government, I oversaw the development of numerous digital-first campaigns designed to educate New Yorkers about the opportunities and services available to them. At Blue State Digital, I led our work on optimization testing and digital communications. In the middle of my time at BSD, Obama 2012 campaign leadership recruited me to help lead the email fundraising team for the final three months of the election cycle. It was the hardest, most exhausting three months of my life.
