I started at Global as Head of User Experience, managing one designer. After 18 months I was promoted to Head of Product Management and Design. I report to the Director of Digital for Global Radio. I led product strategy, concept design and design direction and ensured specifications were appropriately detailed and development sign off happened swiftly. I.

As a Senior User Experience Architect at AllofUs I managed 2 User Experience Architects. When I started AllofUs, they were 8 people, by the time I left we were 30 strong. We specialised in physical interactives as well as screen based interactions. We worked closely with our clients and often worked client-side a few days a week.Digital strategy for:Sky.
