I am an experienced Administrative Professional that enjoys serving my community and working with others in the Nonprofit, Government and Business service sectors.*Professional Life*I have a science background with a degree in Biology and a graduate degree in Nonprofit Administration. I have over 20 years of working experience and community service from serving my country in the US Air Force to fundraising for local nonprofits to special program coordination and data collection.Some highlights about me include:*LEADERSHIP - As a Census Field Supervisor I led a top team of enumerators to 100% data collection in our area. I have taken part in community leadership roles serving on the Board of Directors for local organizations*COORDINATION - I am an effective team player in coordinating projects, programs and events towards driving mission success. I was a task leader in developing, implementing and facilitating a high school STEM internship program with local businesses.*DATA COLLECTION - I have led efforts in collecting, coordinating, organizing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative data to be used in databases in accordance with special grant guidelines for local nonprofits.*ADVOCACY - As a community connector, I have effectively communicated in the form of organizing and outreach to relay the needs of the community to those with the resources to provide an effective and meaningful impact.I am currently bouncing back from a career-break in which I took on full-time parenting responsibilities while continuing to maintain a few part-time employment opportunities for needed income.
