• One of two Senior Associates for a contract search division of Cook Associates, a Chicago-based recruiting executive search firm• Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, active research of companies and candidates across the US, using multiple research tools to locate and contact possible candidates• Process and organize up-to-date and accurate records for all calls and interactions with possible candidates and our clients• Share position and company information with interested candidates in an effort to garner the interest of candidates and to lean about their professional background and motivations• Schedule interviews for possible candidates on a nation-wide basis, which requires travel arrangements for either clients or candidates• Continuous follow-up with candidates and clients on multiple assignments, organize and assemble deliverable for clients upon completion of each project
