• Provide support to the Trust’s existing team of analysts and end users in a timely and professional manner. • Contribute to any initiative or recommend pro-active optimisations to enhance current workflows. • Work on complex and regular module specific builds, troubleshoot issues and reduce backlogs. • Liaise with SMEs, stakeholders for requirement gathering, demo builds to multiple decision groups. My current role has a broad remit but all the same fun. I work closely with the content and sales teams as well as with product managers who oversee the individual features and functionality on the Microsoft web sites to ensure a consistent approach to site analytics. Another part of my role allows me to form opinions and make recommendations based on the day to day trends we across the across the Online Advertising Business Group (MSN, Windows Live, and Search).

I have worked in online media since 2006, initially at E1Games where I worked as part of the database teams responsible for building and promoting their online via TV and Online media. The database team was then responsible for implementing In my current role with Sky Digital Media (Division of BskyB) my responsibilities include providing the commercial team with up-to-date insight on the current activities surrounding the online & mobile market. this is to educate them on the current market and to support their sales pitch. My previous technical expertise has also enabled me to expand my current role further and has enabled me to direct projects such as the installing & implementations of current industry tools.
