The passion in my work comes in using the data to find solutions to complex problems, and leading others to do the same by mentoring and example. I grew as a Quality Control Scientist working with a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry. As the company grew from a startup into an industry leader, as I grew from a steady follower of the written procedures to a leader who wrote the procedures; one who learned from skilled mentors to one who became the skilled mentor of over a dozen analysts. I most recently led a quality laboratory group through a year of transitions to become a more cohesive team. Skilled in U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Quality Control, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), ELISA, and Computer System Validation.
