I also designed and delivered cross-cutting capacity building projects.Examples:• Led advocacy partnership with Standard Bank in Africa, raising awareness among its 55,000 employees and 10 million customers on HIV awareness, prevention and treatment.• Drove capacity-strengthening partnership with Ecobank, transforming local NGO financial management skills through education programmes in five African countries. • Co-created Ending Workplace TB (“EWTB”) with the World Economic Forum and Johnson & Johnson, a platform catalysing corporate action in the fight against tuberculosis. Launched at Davos 2020, EWTB grew to 20 blue-chip members within a year.• Oversaw partnership with Microsoft, strengthening the capacity of hundreds of Civil Society partners to shift to remote working during the COVID-19 pandemic, and providing zero cost software licenses. • Co-wrote revised Global Fund Engagement Framework with the private sector (partnerships valued at $1 billion+), including governance, ethics, risk management and due diligence protocols.
