As the Executive Vice President, Head of M&A and Strategy at Wasserman, I am responsible for leading M&A activities and spearheading strategic growth initiatives globally across diverse sectors including sports, music, entertainment, and marketing services. Prior to joining Wasserman, I spent 12 years at Providence Equity Partners, helping to manage a portfolio of $35B+. At Providence, I specialized sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across sports, media, music, entertainment, technology, and B2B services. Prior investments included Wasserman Media Group, Real Madrid , Tempo Music, Learfield Sports, Major League Soccer / Soccer United Marketing, a partnership with the NFL, and Blackboard / Transact Campus.Before my tenure at Providence Equity, I was a member of Citi's M&A investment banking team and worked on several transactions, including BMG / Chrysalis & Bug Music, Stanley Black and Decker / Infastech, SXC Health / Catalyst, Frontier Oil / Holly Corp, Eastman Chemical / Solutia, Roche / Illumina, and Eastman Kodak's bankruptcy.
