After spending most of my career working for large and well-known policy and advocacy organizations in Washington, DC, I made some bold changes during COVID! I launched my own consulting firm, refocused my attention on small and start-up nonprofits, and moved across the country to Denver. The unrelenting work grind and notorious congestion of the East Coast is now a distant memory, replaced with mountain vistas, steep hikes, and a better work-life balance.
