I'm a successful and thoughtful fundraising and business strategy executive with an 18-year track-record of helping nonprofits build more sustainable and diversified fundraising operations. After spending most of my career working for large and well-known policy and advocacy organizations in Washington, DC, I made some bold changes during COVID! I launched my own consulting firm, refocused my attention on small and start-up nonprofits, and moved across the country to Denver. The unrelenting work grind and notorious congestion of the East Coast is now a distant memory, replaced with mountain vistas, steep hikes, and a better work-life balance. Today, I partner with organizations that want to hear fresh ideas and aren't afraid to take risks. They understand the importance of engaging funders as thought-partners and providing greater transparency across the entire organization so everyone on the team sees how their role fits into successful fundraising and revenue growth.
