Work with the Elite Building Services Executive Team in creating a “business mindset” culture focusing on service, accountability, and profitability.• Developed & instituted the Elite Building Services Business Strategy that resulted in a 5% increase in profitability YOY 2022 and a 10% increase in profitability YOY 2023• Created internal & external Communications Strategy to ensure all department and employees are updated on Company policies, procedures & guidelines.• Led the Company Executive Leadership meetings to discuss the Company’s priorities and craft a strategic plan to meet the Company’s goals.• Worked with the Sales Team in identifying new industries to present the Company’s services resulting in an increase of $2.7 million in new business, (2022)• Worked with the Operations Team to identify new services to present to current clients. This resulted in $1.4 million in “upsell business.” Services included Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Office Air Purification System. • Developed the Company’s NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS) client survey. Gathered client Scores/Comments & created the “Elite Customer Service Strategy.” • Developed the Elite Building Services Human Resource Department, including the hiring of a HR Recruitment Lead & a HR Director. The creation of the Human Resource Department helped further develop The Company’s “Wellness Initiative” while reducing the Company’s HR outsourcing expense by 50%.• Revamped the recruitment process for field workers that resulted in a 40% reduction in open positions.• Worked with the Operation Managers on developing a Labor Time Management process to reduce weekly overtime expenses. This focus resulted in a 36% reduction in overtime.
