Conducted ongoing Peneteration Testing Engagements for the Bank while also developing their internal Offensive Security Program.

• Conducted the following engagements: Internal Network Active Directory, Internal Network Azure AD/Hybrid, Web Applications, External Infrastructure, Wireless, Open-Source Intelligence, Mobile Applications.• Provided clients with organized and concise reports, highlighting key findings and proposing personalized remediation plans within designated timelines.• Performed regular on-going system testing for clients, ensuring up-to-date patch management and proactively identifying newly emerging vulnerabilities to ensure robust system defense.• Routinely developed Python scripts to streamline bulk data processing for clients, resulting in significant time and cost savings for the team, company, and clients, while accelerating the identification of high-quality findings.

• Leveraged offensive security tactics, techniques, and procedures to assess the protective technologies usedin the production environment. This includes but is not limited to: Email Security, VPN, Firewall, Endpoint Protection, Active Directory, etc…• Once vulnerabilities and/or misconfigurations were found it was then my responsibility to partner and lead the mitigation efforts with the respective product owners. Each finding was not considered resolved until it no longer posed a threat to the enterprise and the technology in question had been fortified.• Post-Assessment, I would be required to present findings and recommendations to Executive leadership.• In addition to security assessments, it was also my team’s responsibility to train colleagues within protective tech to have an offensive security mindset. To complete this task, I developed an in-house security lab used for offensive security training. This lab consisted of a web application for tracking and flag submission as well as vulnerable servers custom built by myself and team.

• As a subject matter expert on the Incident Response team it was my duty to respond to any and all activethreats that arose via automated alerting, anomalous behavior found during monitoring, or user reported.• I was directly partnered with other teams within the Security Operations Center such as SIEM(QROC/QRadar/Splunk), Proxy (Palo Alto), Vulnerability Assessment (Qualys), DLP, etc… Partnering withthese teams allowed me to utilize their tools to empower the Incident Response team and keep the enterprise secure.• I was also a liaise between the Blue team and the Red/Pen Test teams at State Farm to identify security gaps in our detection methods, set up new monitoring rules, and grow the overall security posture of State Farm.• Conducted network & computer forensics to resolve active critical threats to the enterprise.• Acted as the lead contact for the enterprise’s adoption of both AWS & O365 Cloud platforms from a security response perspective.• Created, tested, and implemented new IDS/IPS alerts while minimizing false positives.

Modernized an out-dated financial billing system by applying agile methodologies to integrate a 3rd party vendor product into existing business systems infrastructure. Served as as a knowledgeable resource for business functionality with a technical mindset and ability. In this role I supported multiple agile development teams by providing realistic business scenarios while completing technical tasks on a linux server to support development teams' testing.

Dove into the Agile software development life cycle by collaborating with business partners, developers, and business analysts. We operated in a scrum fashion to deliver successful working software quickly to keep our business moving. In this role I designed a new sales tax override system which gave our accounting branch flexibility in tax processing for customers anywhere in the US.
