Most recently, I've been working for the Lean team at Discover, which I was asked to join. I coach business partners on how to best leverage the continuous improvement system, inclusive of operational excellence, and lead complex problem-solving. I have worked with both business and agile teams, improving transparency, morale, speed, cost, and quality. I have a master’s degree in finance, as well as certifications in Leading SAFe, Lean Champion, and Lean Six Sigma.Before joining the Lean team, I had 15+ years of experience in marketing operations, where I set short and long-range planning goals and managed a team that executed 800+ multi-channel campaigns annually. I oversaw large-scale initiatives that involved project plans, timelines, risk mitigation, control development, resource utilization, and partnering with strategic SMEs. I am an innovative thinker who brings ideas and regularly asks “why ?” and “what if ? ”. I am passionate about driving business value and excellence with Lean and Agile principles and practices.
