Steven Prevatt, founder and owner of Prevatt Productions, L.L.C. graduated from the Art Institute of Phoenix with a bachelor degree in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production. Immediately following graduation Steven Prevatt went on to form Prevatt Productions, L.L.C. with one goal in mind, to bring a new vision and passion to the digital film and video production industry.Steven Prevatt born September 9, 1985, was raised in Sierra Vista, a small town in Arizona. . He was born and raised in the desert, an Arizona native. He later moved to Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 15, allowing for greater opportunities. He spent much of his high school life watching music videos and movies. The love for them grew from then on. Though this love had been present, Steven Prevatt moved to Colorado to pursue a pre-med course at the University of Colorado. He later found out that becoming a doctor was not the future for him but he was meant to be behind the camera. Moving back to Phoenix he attended and finished his college career at the Art Institute of Phoenix.Once finishing college he went on to fulfill his passion in the digital film and video production industry by constantly working with many different clients and business partners.Steven Prevatt has worked on many different music videos, as an editor, gaffer, and assistant director, as well as directing one his self. He has worked with artist such as Joe Budden, Crooked I, Royce da 5’9, Grafh, Joell Ortiz, Papoose, Menace and Novel. As well Steven Prevatt has worked on commercial shoots with producer/director Cameron Trejo as a gaffer, pa, and camera operator with clients such as Arizona Interfaith Commission, My Az Max – Dr. Brent Boyse, and Angel MedFlight.
