During my time as the Customer Service Manager for Ram Offset, I was in charge of most customer relation areas of the facility. These areas included but were not limited to: Order Entry, Estimating, Prepress and Scheduling to name a few. I overhauled our entire Print Management system to accommodate changes in labor rates, machine costs, material costs and more. Tech and have also handled keeping our company network up and running, while upgrading from Windows 2000 to XP and now to Windows 7. Our goal as a company is to provide our customers with superior service and outstanding quality, while keeping our prices very competitive.
