Created, hired and managed five Business Intelligence Engineers for a new Mobile Analytics team. Delivered reporting and analytics projects for Prime Video's mobile applications and devices (iOS, Android and Kindle Tablets). Gathered requirements for and implemented new KPI's that better exposed customer behavior on Mobile devices. Worked with a team of analysts to create new Data Warehouse tables and Tableau dashboards that are used by Product Management teams in the US, UK and DE. Partnered with Business Intelligence manager to trial Tableau Server to support reporting and analytics for 300+ employees. Launched Tableau Server as the main reporting solution for Prime Video.

Led effort to establish customer usage metrics for PrimeVideo features (X-Ray, Mobile Applications). Spearheaded weekly deep dives into customer trends and uncovered new insights to influence product decisions. Designed and implemented A/B tests to improve customer engagement with Instant Video features. Worked with Product Managers and Software Engineers to create new methods for tracking, analyzing and reporting on customer behavior. Hired, trained and mentored two Business Analysts to take over reporting and deep dive requests for the X-Ray feature.
