The GRP bus shelter canopies as designed would not meet the wind or live load criteria for the project. Worked with the fiberglass composites manufacturer to redesign roofs to be injection molded versus laminated with center core reinforcement to solve problem and complete order.• Reviewed / evaluated change order requests from contractors and vendors for cost validation, contract compliance and schedule impact.• Compiled and issued construction change directives to vendors and contractors.• Tracked issues from inception to resolution.
