The group has been expanding its market presence through recent acquisitions (2019) and therefore needs to integrate, fine-tune and optimize the EMEA organization as such (16 independent entities). Restoring profitability has been the first priority alongside injecting commercial dynamism to kickstart growth again. Kyocera Senco EMEA has offices in the Netherlands (HQ), Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Turkey, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia. Further target would be to chase growth through M&A activity as the fasteners market is a very mature and consolidating environment. Key Achievements : Grew PBT (Profit Before Tax) from 2.1% to 8.1% whilst boosting cash position (from €15M to €29M).
