I am a licensed Professional Engineer in nine states with twenty-five years of experience, with the skill and expertise to lead numerous projects for a variety of the firm’s public and private clients. I am responsible for maintaining operational excellence, helping drive strategy and growth, overseeing all aspects of facilities management and information technology, and working with our departments to improve standard procedures and controls. My technical expertise focuses on regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence, fuel storage tanks, project management and planning/feasibility studies. I have also provided occupational safety services relative to hazard communication, industrial hygiene, personal protective equipment, emergency response, hearing conservation, fire prevention, electrical safety, machine guarding, process safety, storage tanks, mold, asbestos, lead, and hazardous waste. I have presented on environmental and safety topics at national conferences, local and professional organizations, and to commercial lenders and brokers. I have audited dozens of facilities for both environmental and occupational safety compliance, prepared hundreds of written safety and environmental programs, and provided training to thousands of employees from LAN's client base. I have also been recognized as an expert witness for several litigation cases involving mold, indoor air quality (IAQ), and water infiltration.Outside of work, I am involved in a variety of boards and organizations, including serving on the Executive Committee of the American Council of Engineering Companies of New Jersey (ACECNJ), the Board of Trustees of Lead New Jersey (LNJ), and serve on my municipal Environmental Commission.
