Detailed Design of Fluid Systems, Hot Water and Steam Heating Systems, Ventilation Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing Systems, and Boiler Plants for Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, and Residential Buildings. Studies of building energy performance, life cycle costing, fuel analysis, product evaluations and design procedures. Supervision of: Mechanical Engineering Department operations, drafting department, billing, client relations, costing analysis, job site inspections and supervision and code reference/analysis. Managing partnering initiatives with other disciplines including electrical, structural, civil and architectural. Continuing education with technical seminars, site tours and review of technical journals
