Ran team of 22 associates that processed maintenance contracts and billings in Oracle 11i for $500M Service business. Created training and motivational programs and led a Direct Labor organization of over 200 associates. • Delivered timely and accurate shipments consistently of over 7.5K customer orders daily with 99.9% accuracy by providing continuous training, conducting pier audits, and implementing strong quality controls.• Reduced order delivery costs over $250K annually by implementing a “pick-to-order” process which reduced repackaging and re-kitting costs.
