- Responsible for overseeing the user experience design process across all teams and touchpoints of the AirDNA product. - Oversaw and was the principal designer for the successful redesign of AirDNA’s entire product.- Effectively grew the AirDNA design team from 1 designer to 7 designers.- Built and managed AirDNA’s in-house design system, integrating with developers across tools like Storybook and Chromatic.- Oversaw and implemented AirDNA’s user research efforts via UserTesting.com to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
