Financial and Program Analyst for Appropriated and Defense Working Capital Funding.

• Managed USNA's Sailing Department comprised of 5 distinct sailing/repair divisions staffed by Military, Government Civilian and Government Contractor personnel.• Responsible to Commanding Officer for all USNA Sailing Operations, Administration and Military Personnel.• Developed and tracked short and long term projects to completion by imposed deadlines.

• Trains 50 civilian and military personnel to teach and supervise Midshipmen underway in Sail Training Craft; topics include navigation, weather forecasting, rules of sailing at sea, and sailboat sub-systems. • Manages a $25,000 annual budget of appropriated funds.• Database manager of personnel and qualifications.• Mentors Midshipmen and junior officers.

• Oversaw Repair Division, including 15 personnel in three different ratings performing hull maintenance, plumbing, machine fabrication, machine repair, fire fighting, flooding control, and gas free engineering operations. • Responsible to the Commanding Officer for damage control efforts and air quality testing.• Accountable for over $360,000 worth of fire fighting and damage control materials.• Managed damage control training and qualification program, required for each crew member totaling 375 personnel.• Deployed to Western Pacific in support of international naval exercises and missile live fire testing.

• Oversaw three diverse divisions, including thirty personnel in six different ratings performing electrical maintenance, cryptologic operations, information & intelligence operations, electronic operations, personnel, and administrative functions. • Responsible to Commanding Officer for ship-wide Electrical Safety.• Managed advanced shipboard electronic systems requiring Secret security clearance.• Participated in live fire missile test events and deployed to Western Pacific twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Anti-Piracy Operations.
