I have over two decades of governance and business experience through ownership and positions in global and national organisations. I also serve as the Managing Director of VoiceQ, a subsidiary of Kiwa Digital that provides dubbing software solutions for the post-production industry.As a leader, I observe and influence through the lens of Tribal Leadership, a framework that focuses on language and relationships that sustainably drive performance. I am passionate about enabling digital formats that are relevant and accessible across languages and cultures, and I am dedicated to the strategic direction and success of our company and partners. I am a proud graduate of Otago University, where I obtained my Master of Commerce in Tourism Marketing, and I take pride in my Maori and Pakeha heritage. In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, music, food, viticulture, and travel.
