I rely on lessons learned from my past successes and failures as a Program Manager, Surface Warfare Officer, and Navy Nuclear Engineer, to guide my leadership style to lead my teams and contribute in an impactful manner. In those environments, my favorite experiences were fostering highly collaborative team environments and mentoring team members and peers.When I am not in the office, I can be found training for triathlons (swimming/cycling/running), weightlifting, playing/watching football and basketball, baking, homebrewing, and hanging out with my wife, daughter, and our three dogs.
