(Acquired by Novell)CTP was renowned for pioneering rapid application development methodologies on fixed time, fixed fee engagements with their customers. The techniques were similar to agile or scrum SW development. As a director from 1998-2002, I led the CRM and eCommerce consulting competencies generating over $20M in annual revenue. I oversaw all proposal, business development, solution development, staffing, hiring, management, project delivery oversight, retention and termination and worked with project delivery managers to ensure projects were successful. I also managed local relationships with ISV partners. I concurrently was the client partner for CTP's large telco customers in the region. In that capacity I worked with executive sponsors to understand and meet their business requirements and deploy up to 80 person project teams via complex statements of work and resource plans. As manager from 1995-1997, I collaborated and contributed to initial sales proposals and had sole responsibility for selling follow-on phases of up to 45 person teams. I managed day-to-day relationships with client managers and executive sponsors. My teams deployed solutions for large enterprise telco, utility, financial services, and consumer electronics companies.
