  Currently I run Hamilton & Partners, a multi-demensional real estate marketing firm, home of the Miami Real Estate BookI’ve been in the brand marketing and sales business long enough to be able to take a 360-degree approach to building brands and sales, yet young enough to be cutting edge. I have increased sales on every brand I have worked on via savvy positioning strategies, precise execution and winning sales presentations. My specialty is growing young brands into successful one’s.Notable accomplishments:StreetGlow Incorporated—OPTX, from zero to number one in six months. Developmented two new brands. Sales incresed from $10 million to $25 million in one year. R. L. Polk—Established brand positioning strategy as a high tech global player in the CRM arena. Created Polk Auto-Trend Center, Sales increased by 30%. Ogilvy & Mather—Helped build three stellar brands. Helped establish the Ford Quality Care brand as a major brand within Ford. Worked on the Bombardier Ski-Doo brand, building brand share from number four to number two. Worked on Jaguar to help re-build the brand into a major player in the prestige luxury car market. Involvement in the positioning and launch of the XK8 and the S-Type Young & Rubicam—Persuaded Ford management that with a meager marketing budget and a big fat Ford logo on the box, Motorcraft parts would never be considered an all-make brand in the aftermarket parts category. They saved a bundle of money. We focused on the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury customer base and increased sales by 80%.CTS Associates—Just getting my feet wet, I helped this small agency win business from BASF and Riemer Floors.University of Florida/Hamilton Stevens, Struggling Student.
