• Overall advertising architecture for Time Warner Cable combining linear spot insertion with on demand advertising. My team developed a method to use Mystro’s replacement advertising methods for Digital Program.
• Managed MystroTV’s advertising strategy and implementation. Worked on multiple new forms of advertising including bumper ads, pause ads, telescoping ads and Advertising on Demand. Partnered with company privacy lawyers.

• Managed software development, QA, T&I and system engineering groups (about 20 employees) to upgrade and deliver new versions and functionality for the ad product line.
• Created a new architecture for lower cost delivery of DPI along with a graceful EOL for the analog products.
• Managed the transition of the AlphaServer from Digital to Compaq to HP and the EOL of the Alpha Processor.
