Lead organization Enterprise Risk Management with leadership scope of all aspects of Governance, Risk, Cyber and Information Security, Fraud, Compliance, and Audit in distributed environment with multiple data centers. Responsibilities include:• Established and maintained a corporate governance and enterprise risk management program (framework, design, and policies) to identify, measure, monitor, control, and report on risks that could interfere with the Company’s strategies as well as compliance laws, regulations and internal policies.• Provide support to business unit executives to ensure that adequate risk management structures are embedded in the business processes to strengthen the Company’s governance, risk, compliance, and control structures.• Oversaw the Company’s key governance, risk management, control monitoring and assurance programs and departments, including:‒ Risk Management Department‒ Compliance Department‒ Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Department‒ Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering Department (FRAML)‒ Enterprise Security (Information, Physical and Privacy) Department‒ Independent Loan Review Function‒ Internal/External Audit Function‒ Third Party Risk Management (vendor management) Department‒ Legal Department‒ Business Continuity Department• Acting as the lead contact for the regulators and oversee the Company’s preparation for the annual and periodic regulatory examinations as well as Supervisory (Audit) Committee Liaison.• Participated in the Company’s annual strategic planning, the development of key programs and policies to promote an ethical, strong, and successful business model that support the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors in maintaining sustainable business growth in a safe and sound manner.

Planned, developed, and managed all aspects of Enterprise Risk Management, Information and Cyber Security, Enterprise Fraud, and Business Continuity Program for Kinecta Federal Credit Union and subsidiaries. Served as organization’s Information Security Officer (ISO).
