Managed inventory levels for five writing instrument production lines within the Janesville facility using MRP software and Kan Ban inventory control techniques.Worked with facilitator’s to ensure line efficiency and minimize labor costs in a union environment.Coordinated purchase order releases and buffers with outside vendors.Facility closed in 1999.
