• Developed new Slack Connect Preference infrastructure enabling Slack admins to customize settings per external relationship. Designed and built the entire backend from database layer to APIs, including tables, access patterns and caching. This system helped to improve security and increase adoption of Slack Connect.• Created new Verified Orgs feature by which Slack attests to the actual identity of customers, providing greater confidence in Slack Connect communication. Built data model and access library, and optimized performance to scale to over 4,000 calls/second.
