PDQ Deploy I have been working with PDQ as an upgrade and patching medium for our end users. I have been using it to copy and install new apps as we have been working from home with our current global situation. I have been using some Powershell commands that have come in handy for removing old shortcuts and some end user desktop cleanup. This has resulted in some big time savings on Service Desk by taking care of upgrades automatically.
