I spend much of my time building big relationships and trying to solve big, ugly problems. In this role, I need to see things others can’t; create and hold the company vision; and close big deals.

The Job Board Geek Podcast came to an end in September 2022 when my co-host, Jeff Dickey-Chasins, simply couldn't find enough hours in the work week to run his successful job board consulting business, The Job Board Doctor, and co-host the Podcast. But the end of one good thing led to another, as I then created a new podcast to replace the old.In September 2022, Peter M. Zollman of the AIM Group and I launched the Inside Job Boards and Recruitment Marketplaces Podcast. Each week, we are joined by guests from the world's leading job sites and related organizations. Together, we analyze news about general, niche, and aggregator job board and recruitment marketplace sites.

The Job Board Geek Podcast is the only podcast about the business of connecting candidates with employers. Some job boards are traditional and employers advertise their job openings. Some allow employers to search resumes, CVs, or profiles. Some don't do either but, instead, match employers and candidates behind the scenes. But all generate revenues directly or indirectly by connecting candidates with employers. In other words, if they walk like a duck and talk like a duck, they're a job board.
