Steve has 12 years of non-executive chair & director experience combined with 25 years of experience as a C-suite technology executive at large global companies including Gateway Computers, Avnet and Alorica. He is a people-first leader who inspires and builds sustainable teams with an unrelenting focus on shareholder value, delivering business transformation strategies that have propelled innovation and growth. Steve is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and a Chartered Engineer. He holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Essex University, a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of West London and a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management from Cranfield University. In 2015, he was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame, a lifetime achievement that honors executives and visionaries whose leadership has significantly impacted the field of information technology.Growing up in the UK, Steve, along with his family, relocated to the US in 2001 and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a lifelong, and ever hopeful, supporter of Swansea City Football Club.
