• Assisted in the establishment of the 3eTI PMO. Authored the 3eTI Project Execution Process procedures document which codified the standardization of project deliverable templates for Management Plans/Charters, System Specifications, Concept of Operations, Test Requirements, Plans, and Procedures, Monthly Progress and Financial Reports. Prepared and presented monthly Project Management Reviews to the customer and 3eTI leadership.• Led cross functional project teams in the design, development, deployment, and sustainment of shore-based critical infrastructure protection solutions in support of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Naval District Washington (NDW).• Worked with the NDW CIO Lead Engineer. Supported the design, development, and implementation of the Virtual Perimeter Monitoring System (VPMS) – a multi-node video analytics surveillance system at Naval facilities throughout the NDW region.• Led the project development activities resulting in the implementation of the Enterprise Industrial Control System (EICS) – a vendor agnostic building automation and monitoring control system deployed throughout the NDW region.

• Reported to the Vice President and General Manager as the senior project manager for the Technical Solutions Group for Navy ship systems and wireless technical solutions delivery. • Worked with the US Navy SmartShip Program Office and the Space and Naval Warfare System Command – SPAWAR (now Naval Information Warfare System Command – NAVWAR) as a project manager for the insertion of innovative information technology into legacy shipboard systems. • Led the development, execution, and delivery of multiple solution deployment projects involving project planning, resourcing, and implementation. • Implemented the first secure U.S. Navy Shipboard IEEE 802.11 Wireless LAN on USS HOWARD (DDG 83) and subsequent new delivery DDGs.
