Aerospace Engineer (Rotation Program)
ECFP is a two-year rotation program consisting of 6-month experiences throughout Boeing's business units and product lifecycles.Rotations:Flight Controls Integration (777X):• Refined configuration control plans for detailed test plan processes (via GitLab)• Developed flight control actuation testing procedures and requirementsFlight Test Engineering Analysis - Stability & Control: • Authored Certification Flight Test Plans and (Part 25) Flight Test Certification Reports• Analyzed real-time flight test data both onboard and via telemetry to ensure data quality and safety• Supported safe and efficient test planning, execution, and reporting for 737 MAX, KC-46 Tanker, and 777 Liaison Engineering (P-8 Poseidon):• Provided engineering support for manufacturing floor nonconformances and corrective actionsAirplane Safety Engineering:• Investigated potential in-service airplane safety issues and presented engineering recommendationsECFP Leadership Positions:• Puget Sound Onboarding Lead• Annual Development Event Focal• Recruiting Focal• Community Service Team
