The Senior Solutions Consultant is a dynamic role combining the analytical skills of a Business Analyst with the technical expertise of a Solution Developer. This position involves partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful enterprise technology initiatives.

Gathers client business requirements and designs solutions to meet customer needs. Ensures all assigned work functions per the design. Assures technical team members build and test solution to design standards. Accountable for the successful implementation of customer solutions. Regularly interacts with internal and external stakeholders. Works with Project Manager to oversee solution delivery.

Provides technical knowledge to a variety of projects from the initial requirements gathering to the final production rollout. Can interpret, create, install, configure and test software programs for business applications. Has an understanding of: system architecture, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies (including scanning), quality control, workflow, databases, and interfaces and is able to identify task level assignments from high level design.

Scope, design, implement, support, and train ECM solutions based around OpenText RightFax, Abbyy OCR/ICR, and Hyland OnBase. Focus on integrating existing solutions with Infinite’s ECM solutions and managing customer relationships.

Job entails all aspects of my education. I solder and troubleshoot circuit boards, troubleshoot software bugs and possible fixes, update the company website using PHPand HTML, configure laptops for shipment to customers.Responsible for VB6 to .NET migration of Camera software.

Work directly with clients using Abbyy's OCR to develop and service custom work , answer support calls for the RightFax faxing server, work on the development of custom applications for RightFax and SQL servers, and helped sell these products to customers.

Re-wrote lab material for ECE 323(Electronics II) class. Using the Tekbots learning platform I developed all aspects of the curriculum including Circuit design and testing, parts research and price comparison, Technical writing of the lab and lab activities, akk while collaborating with professors to insure lab work corresponded to lecture material. I even had the opportunity to test the lab thoroughly while taking the class the following term.

Installed commercial kitchen equipment such as walk-in coolers/freezers, ovens, flashing, plumbing, etc.
