As a Front Desk Agent, I am responsible for the operations of the front desk between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. My responsibilities include customer service, cash management, and account management. I am unsupervised during the aforementioned shift. However, I generally report to a Front Desk Manager that handles my scheduling.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

As an Audio/Video Supervisor of Operations, I was responsible for the operations of the Audio/Visual Department. I was in charge of maintaining a clientele relationship with other businesses, from small business owners to larger organizations such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Bill Gates Foundation. Additionally, I was responsible for the budgeting of the audio/visual department, implementation and execution of large scale events, and acquiring and maintaining of audio-visual equipment. As a supervisor, I oversaw the operations of audio-visual technicians that I would independently hire on a case by case basis.

As an Audio/ Visual Technician, I was responsible for the installation and removal of audio/visual equipment in meeting rooms, conference rooms and other multipurpose rooms. I would develop and maintain a flowsheet of events that would allow me to coordinate the installation of audio/visual equipment in order to avoid the overlapping use of space.
