I am a senior executive with over 25 years of global experience in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Compliance, Corporate Risk Management, Internal Audit, Global Real Estate, and Human Resources.I initially started my career in Belgium, working for Metallo Chimique. After joining Eonic and completing a successful merger with Wind River I moved to Paris. After 3 years I moved to the US to build out Wind River’s global security program and enterprise architecture department. For the past 15+ years I have been part of the Rimini Street team where I am the Chief Information Officer & Executive Vice President of Global Shared Services and have build and / or managed departments such as IT, HR, Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management and Global Real Estate.While under my leadership, I continually drive focused teams towards performance excellence and those teams have won multiple awards over the years such as the Bronze Stevie Award - HR department of the year, Silver Stevie Award - Support Department of the Year: Global Security, Risk and Compliance team. I also have received several personal industry recognitions, including: Information Security Executive People's Choice Award Winner, IT Executive of the year and Information Security Executive of the Decade Finalist.
