My expertise since 1995 has been to create the first contemporary music education company delivering high quality instrumental teaching services to LA Schools.I have created a service platform to enable young performers to successfully map a route from schools to college and then onto a professional musician - a pathway provided by innovative accreditted music programmes with an education career alongside that of a professional musician, though a network portal for information, advise, jobs, education and industry links.My expertise lies with qualification-based training and created a fully accredited suite of licensed contemporary music programmes which are delivered to over 3500 students in schools weekly across the UK, and now been further developed and translated into German and delivered to schools in Dortmund Germany.With over 25 years experience as a specialist education director I have excellent knowledge in company law, trade marks, licensing and portal based operating system "Smart Music School" that fully controls the every day running of a music school inc bespoke reporting and accountancy alongside Sage Software.Corporate Music Develeopment was developed to deliver music at corporate events but soon diversed into music lessons in the work place, team building, Corporate Social Responsibility event planning, such as Battle of the Brands, and now health and stress programmes through NLP.From a 2 piece classical duo a function band or even a full big band we partner Chris Dean and the Syd Lawrence Orchestra to deliver taylor made events that are outstanding including that of a "little less strictly" charity ball which raised £82,822.14 in one evening for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice Working alsonside Jed Leventhall we have created a television band format, met with SYCO management as well as Endemol and now formatting Battle of the Brands into a national education programme with corporate partners.
