This role was performed both with our clients as well as in support of the organization. While working with a client the role, included architectural direction for application development, integration and data modeling. The broader organizational role involved project oversight for other clients, proposal and SOW creation and assessment as well as supporting technical sales.

In this role I established the development department for the company. I interviewed and hired development resources (application, database, web, etc.), established project oversight, created proposals and SOWs. For most projects, I was the solution architect. Also, I worked with prospective customers to find the best fit solutions for their needs ranging from hardware to application software to custom development.
