Steven is an experienced educator and advocate for K-12 education and Texas public policy, with expertise in urban education and systemic improvement. He has taught English in Dallas ISD, focusing on academic rigor, student progress, and fostering a culture of respect and excellence. His graduate studies at SMU and UT Austin provided exposure to diverse educational environments, equipping him to support teachers, school leaders, and district managers in post-pandemic challenges.
