Current• Manage multidisciplinary teams in developing, maintaining, and evaluating 153 healthcommunication products in 2023, including 49 Senior Leadership Briefs, 89 Monitoring Reports, 3Incident Analysis Briefs, and 12 Information Plans, while adhering to client priorities and operationalstandards• Oversee a team of six in developing and executing project plans aligned with leadership objectives,while actively managing full project lifecycles, proactively identifying and addressing potential risksto scope, approach, and timeline, offering strategic solutions• Facilitated a team of five in a comprehensive overhaul of standard operating procedures forinformation collection, analysis, and reporting within the branch, completing the project 33% aheadof schedule within 8 months• Communicate data analysis findings to senior leadership, the White House, and key stakeholders,enabling informed decision-making and alignment with project objectives through clear and concisepresentation of complex information and insights• Monitor and disseminate open-source and news media reports regarding all hazard items that mayhave public health and medical implications for key partners• Serve as the primary liaison between health agency clients and the Administration for StrategicPreparedness and Response (ASPR), ensuring clear communication and project goal alignment• Interact with Mission Coordination Team Lead, Operations Officers, ASPR-wide elements, intra- andinter-federal level agencies, and operations centers to ensure public health and medical threat and• Provide emergency management support to preparedness and response programs and issues, inaccordance with the National Incident Management System (MMS), the National ResponseFramework (NRF), and the National Disaster Recovery Framework• Furnish real-time alerting and reporting on real public health and medical emergencymanagement situations by monitoring numerous sources, including open data
